The Healing Journey Behind Every Result
The First Few Days
Rest and recovery begin. Some swelling, tenderness and bruising are expected as your body starts to heal following labiaplasty surgery.
The First Two Weeks
Your comfort gradually improves as healing progresses. Rest, gentle movement and following your surgeon's aftercare instructions remain important.
Weeks Three & Four
Swelling continues to settle and dissolvable stitches are gradually absorbed. Gentle exercise may be reintroduced after four weeks, as advised by your surgeon.
Six Weeks & Beyond
Most activity restrictions can gradually be lifted following your surgeon's advice. Your results continue to refine as swelling subsides and scars mature.
